Privacy
How we handle your information.
This policy explains what SIURU collects through this website, why we collect it, who can see it and how to have it corrected or deleted. It describes what the site actually does — nothing is listed here that we do not do.
Who we are
SIURU Consultancy Services operates this website and is responsible for the information submitted through it. You can reach us at hello@siuru.com or at Plot No. 179, Ground Floor, Wing-GB, Phase 2, Road No. 13, Kavuri Hills, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081.
What we collect, and when
We collect information only when you choose to send it. The site runs no tracking or profiling script, and collects nothing in the background as you read.
When you contact us or share an idea
The enquiry forms take your name, email address, your message, and — if you choose to give them — your organisation and phone number. We also record which page you sent it from, so we can see what you were reading when you got in touch.
When you apply for a role
An application to a published role takes your name, email address, your CV, and optionally your phone number and a message, together with the role you applied for.
When you join the talent network
An expression of interest takes your name, email address, current role, area of expertise and your CV. Your phone number, years of experience, LinkedIn profile and anything you want to tell us are optional. This is for recruitment only: it is not a mailing list, and we do not send marketing to it.
Your CV
Your CV is stored privately on our server, under a generated filename rather than your own, outside anything the website can serve. It is not published, not placed in our media library, and has no public web address — there is no link that would let someone else open it. The only way to read it is for a signed-in SIURU administrator to download it from our internal system.
We accept PDF and Word documents up to 5 MB. Files are checked by their actual contents, not just their name, and anything else is rejected before it is stored.
Why we process it
- Enquiries. To understand what you are asking about and to reply.
- Applications and talent network. To assess whether there is a fit, to contact you about the role you applied for, and — where you have agreed — to contact you if a suitable role opens later.
We do not use any of it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with other organisations for their own purposes.
Who can see it
Submissions are visible to authorised members of the SIURU team who are signed in to our internal system, with the access their role allows. Candidate information is seen by the people reviewing candidates. Every change an administrator makes to the status or internal notes of a submission is recorded.
Our website and systems run on infrastructure operated by a hosting provider, which necessarily stores the data on our behalf. We do not use any other third-party service to process what you submit.
Analytics, cookies and storage
This website sets no cookies. It loads no third-party analytics, advertising or social tracking script, so no other company receives your visit. The forms store nothing in your browser — nothing you type, and no CV, is left behind on your device.
The site is built with its own measurement capability. When it is switched on, it records an event name such as “a form was submitted”, the page it happened on, and a value derived from the request using a one-way function that is re-seeded each day. It does not record what you typed, and it does not store your IP address or your browser’s user-agent string. It is switched off in the published website. If that changes, this section will be updated before it does.
Our servers keep standard access logs, as all web servers do, for security and troubleshooting.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Submissions are validated on the server before they are stored. CVs are held outside the web root with generated filenames, and administrative access requires a sign-in with multi-factor authentication. Public submission endpoints are rate-limited.
No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise or hold any security certification. We describe the measures we actually take.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send for as long as it is useful for the purpose you sent it for: an enquiry while we are dealing with it and for a reasonable period afterwards, and a candidate submission while you may be considered for a role. We delete what we no longer need, and we delete anything you ask us to delete.
Your choices
Write to hello@siuru.com and we will:
- tell you what we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your submission and your CV;
- stop contacting you about opportunities.
Deleting a candidate record removes the CV file with it. Please use the email address you submitted, so we can be sure we are acting for the right person.
Children
This website is for businesses and for people seeking work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
When the website changes what it collects or how it handles it, we update this page before that change goes live. Where a change materially affects people whose information we already hold, we will tell them.
Contacting us about privacy
Send privacy questions and requests to hello@siuru.com. If you would rather start a conversation, our contact page reaches the same team.
