Career Development Program Selected candidates will undergo a structured six-month training and capability development program, covering relevant technology tracks and professional skills, including: FDE: Microsoft / Google technology stacks, full-stack development, and cloud technologies. Salesforce: Salesforce AI, Field Service (FSL), Life Sciences Cloud, and other niche capabilities. Emerging Technologies: Artificial Intelligence, Observability, DevOps, and relevant industry domain knowledge. Certifications: Relevant technology and cloud certifications aligned with the selected career track. Professional Development: Communication, problem-solving, customer-facing skills, and project delivery readiness. The objective is to make every candidate technically competent, professionally confident, and ready to contribute effectively to Siuru or customer projects. Candidates demonstrating strong learning ability, technical proficiency, and project readiness may have the opportunity to move into project assignments before completing the six-month training period. What you'll bring

Full Stack – Microsoft Technology Stack: React / Next.js; Node.js and/or Python; REST APIs, SQL / NoSQL, Git; Microsoft Azure fundamentals. Mandatory: Practical knowledge of the above technologies and a relevant Microsoft Azure certification.
Full Stack – Google Technology Stack: React / Next.js; Node.js and/or Python; REST APIs, SQL / NoSQL, Git; Google Cloud Platform (GCP) fundamentals. Mandatory: Practical knowledge of the above technologies and a relevant Google Cloud certification.
Salesforce – Admin / Developer: Salesforce Admin / Developer fundamentals; Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL; APIs and integration fundamentals; Strong development aptitude. Mandatory: Practical knowledge of the above Salesforce technologies and a relevant Salesforce certification.
